I go there for lunch almost every day and look forward to it the day before. The food is mostly regional and seasonal and just always tastes fresh. Even if it is a canteen, you get there at its expense. At lunchtime you can choose from 4 dishes that have special attributes like Fit or Fine, which makes the whole thing very attractive for people who want to take care of their diet. In part, the kitchen staff but minimally untrained, as often the question could not be answered, which meat was processed for example.
